Membership Agreement
  • As a member of Ferndale Farms Meat CSA, I will receive 6 monthly shares of meat.
  • As a member I will be required to collect my meat at the pre-arranged pick-up locations, each month.  Members must pick-up within the time frame detailed for each site location unless otherwise arranged with Ferndale Farms prior to the scheduled pick-up. Packages not picked up will be forfeited.
  • I will be required to pay for each monthly share at the time of pick-up, unless paid in advance.
I wish to join Ferndale Farms Meat CSA Membership I accept that I cannot cancel my membership during the first six-month season.  However, I am able to transfer it to someone else at any time.  I understand that regardless of whether I pick up my box, I will not be entitled to any kind of refund on my membership and that I remain liable for any part of that membership which remains unpaid at the end of my membership year.
